Major applications:
For hard facing of part subjected to severe abrasion accompanied by impact, fibrizer hammers,augers, screws, conveyors, scrappers, blast furnace bells, hoppers, press worm screw & EFB press.

Alloy composition:
C, Cr, Nb

Mechanical properties:
Hardness -57-62 HRC
Metal recovery -180%

Properties:
Electrode for high abrasion resistance accompanied by impact. Excellent compressive strength & superior weldability. For use where a combination of hardness and toughness & frictional and abrasive resistance is required.

Procedure:
Use medium to wide weaving technique with electrode angle of 75°C from horizontal plane in the direction of travel.
