Ceramic Putty

Ceramic Putty gives a very hard and abrasion resistant surface due to its extreme scratch resistant property. This hard surface protects the applied area from erosion and corrosion.

Application procedure:
– Mix base and hardener homogeneously to the ratio of Base – 4 : Hardener – 1
– Apply with scrapper or putty knife on the sand blasted surface
– Touch dry in 3 hours
– Fully cured in 8 hours

Note:
Do not add thinner

Areas of application:
Eroded and corroded valves, impellers and tanks
